    Valentine’s Day Dinner

If you are into Mediterranean & French fusion cuisine, then The Beehive is the place to go. Located in Boston’s South End, the food, atmosphere, and live music is sure to impress. For Valentine’s Day, they added a special menu, accompanied by a blues/jazz band. The decor of this bohemian eatery was perfect, exposed brick, velvet curtains, and iron railings lit by flickering candles. Too much on the menu looked delicious, it was hard to choose! This is what I did end up having, all of which I would absolutely reccomend:

Goat cheese & honey fondue with strawberries, apples, and brioche

Moroccan Cigars: Lamb-filled Phyllo rolls with a garlic & fig sauce

Broiled Shrimp over spinach, artichoke, and chickpea ragout, in a feta yogurt

Chicken Francaise with sage gnocchi (Gillian ordered, and I tried- fantastic!)

Never looked at the desert menu though, reservations at finale awaited!
